Refund and Exchange policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns 

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery date. Merchandise will be accepted for refunds or store credit only if returned in the same condition it was shipped. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Merchandise must be stain free, smell free, and not washed or altered in anyway. 

Please note for hygiene purpose all swim merchandise cannot be returned and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

If the merchandise is returned altered in anyway, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.

To complete a return, please contact support@parixi.com to notify us of your return. Securely package item and include return form. The return form can be found on the bottom of your invoice packaged with your order.

Please note, you be responsible for all return shipping charges unless there was an error made on PariXi's behalf. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Please allow up to 10 days from when we receive your return, for your refund store credit to be processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges. If your merchandise meets the return policy, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
